Welcome back!!! How’s the new digs?

  2. 2 Jeff Lawson

Very spacious. A little too spacious, actually. For the first couple of days, it was kind of creepy… like I was squatting in an abandoned warehouse or something. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to “cozy” things up.

It’s quiet, though, and the neighbors seem nice. And I’m still amazed by how good a deal I got on the rent given the location. I don’t start work until next week, but I timed by commute, and it took a whole six minutes.

It’s great to have you back, Jeff. Congrats on the spacious domicile!

    1) Look for silica gel packets under the carpet.
    2) I live in a town about 1/10th the size of Denver (roughly), and my drive to work takes three times as long… I’m not sure whether to envy you or to hate you.

On a completely unrelated note, did you get the new version I sent you?

  5. 5 Jeff Lawson

Yeah, I grabbed it right before I got knocked offline. Not much to say, really, other than that it looked great. Is that the final version, or do you have any other changes planned?

I’m not really thrilled with the sequence from 1:05 to 1:07, to be honest. I was hoping that you’d go “ew!” and make up my mind for me. *chuckle*

Congratulations on the new digs, and welcome back, Jeff. Any suspicious holes in the closet walls? Neighbors throwing drunken parties at night? A lovely kanrinin-san with a big white dog? Probably not. I guess you’ve outgrown ronin housing….

(Is this where I get to talk about having a half-hour walking commute, through a park?)

What animes are you following now that you are back in business?

  10. 10 mampf

you’re downloading YKK? you won’t regret it :)

  11. 11 Jeff Lawson

It’s 6 Mbps down / 768 kbps up, Xewleer. Nothing fancy, but good enough for my needs.

Mampf, I’ve watched all of YKK in the past… I never kept a copy for myself, however, and when I saw it pop up on Tokyotosho, I thought, “I wouldn’t mind watching that again.” So, I grabbed it.

  12. 12 ojisan

I had exactly the same reaction to the YKK torrent.

Rewatch YKK every few years. It’s the key to a long life…

hehehe. I love that too. Downloads of 500!! ^^

Although you should consider increasing the uploads… that will help out others and also should increase your download (unless you’re at your limit)

If you want to use a program to keep your anime organized and up to date, you can use the one I’ve created… I hope you don’t see this as spam… It’s a free program, created with anime in mind to have an organized list… and since I bumped into your site and saw that you like to download a lot of it… I thought I share the program with you.

The name is: Anime List Builder, the latest version is 3.0.4 and this is the homepage: http://www.animelistbuilder.com...
I hope you can use it… and if you don’t like it… let me know if you have any suggestions to improve it. And if you do like it… maybe you can put it on one of your blog entries :D… who knows.
