I recognise the voice (the voice actress who did Tama chan in Bottle Fairies) but I can’t recognise the song. Is it an opening or ending to some show she worked in? But still, adding her voice to the Mai Otome opening is quite funny and effectively ridicules the whole concept behind Mai Otome.
By the way, what are the shows that attracted your attention from the new season so far?

Mohammad… Magical Cute is a magazine published by Enterbrain, which was involved in the production of the Bottle Fairy game and TV series. So, while the song isn’t an OP or ED, it’s related to Bottle Fairy in a roundabout way, at it’s Momoi Haruko, as Tama-chan, referencing the magazine. Weird, I know.
As for my favorite new shows, I’ll have a post up on the subject in the next day or two.

Concerning OP mods, which series OP do you think would be the hardest to match with a different song? Generic ones like the Gundam Seed’s pretty much go with anything, but I’d think something like Fushigibosh would be a stiff challenge. Was just pondering this after hearing that the Cartoon Network version of Fullmetal Alchemist used the second OP paired with the first sequence, which definitely does not jive.
I was always blithely convinced that Tama-chan = Annoying Catgirl-thing in DearS = Under17. Hmm
